The Executive Group is also the unified voice for any issues that call for an immediate authoritative action.
Nomenclature
While the structure of the Liminal State within this documentation may be described in terms of a nation, any iteration at a local, district, state/province, or international level would have the same or very similar structure as that of the national level.
Voting
