Oath
There must be a legally binding agreement between Government Personnel, especially elected leaders, and the people of the Liminal State, which must be accomplished via a public oath. Rather than this being a formality rooted in religion or tradition, elected leaders of the Liminal State will be held legally accountable to the Citizens by virtue of the oath they take prior to assuming a position within the Liminal State.
This preliminary task of the Δ Coalition will be to create this oath and determine the circumstances and procedures involved in its administration, enforcement, and adjudication.
Example: I will serve all citizens equally, truthfully, and openly and treat all people with dignity. I understand I have been entrusted with the health and the environment of the Liminal State for the future. I will serve the Liminal State faithfully and with empathy, until the citizens decide my term has ended.
