It will be critical that the Liminal State grows organically and authentically, out of the real desires of the Citizens who want a better future for themselves and their children. No government arising out of violence is ever loved or lasts. And with violence being antithetical to the Liminal State, it is important that the Liminal State evolve within the boundaries of existing laws. A coup is no birth of a legitimate government, and neither is the use of questionable legal maneuvers to circumvent or bend the existing authority of a nation. The Liminal State is a true partnership between the people and a government, and so at least 80% of the people must want the Liminal State as their government for there to be a Liminal State.
With the formation of the Δ Coalition, expert legal advice will be needed for these reasons and to develop the new legal framework based on the principles of the Liminal State. This legal foundation must be logical, straightforward, and built from the ground up, but better than before, citizen-centric, and work hand in hand with the ideals and principles of the Liminal State.
