The Δ Coalition is composed of those from around the world that are invested in a better future through the successful implementation of the Liminal State. Anyone who is interested is welcome, from every nation, with their diverse range of experiences and perspectives, to make the Liminal State the best it can be.
Prior to a initial instance of the Liminal State, the Δ Coalition devotes its time to the perfection of logistics, documentation, translations, and any other work needed to improve the Liminal State, and are tasked with the delegation of work, concept promotion, and aggregation of questions and answers for the public.
Following the creation of a functional instance, the Δ Coalition remains available for any ongoing support, guidance, or assistance with any tasks that would help with the success of that instance of the Liminal State.
