The Justice Branch operates independently of the Executive Group and is solely responsible for determining the legality of all decisions and actions of the Executive Group prior to them being enacted. They also judge the legality of any rules and regulations considered by any of the Branches prior to them going into effect, and are responsible for monitoring and policing all governmental conduct.
