Intrinsic Branch: Commons
From Liminal State
This branch has similarities to the US Department of the Interior, but goes far beyond in scope. The Commons Branch is responsible for all regulations, rules, permitting, and use conditions concerning the land, islands, rivers, lakes, and other waterways within the sovereign jurisdiction of the Liminal State. This authority applies to all public and private property, though there may be specific exclusions, such as in the US where the sovereignty of of Native American tribal lands would be honored.
