Removal

Should a potential vacancy become a question of mental or physical ability, then the following process is used to remove that member:

1. The remaining four Executive Group Members must be in agreement and vote on the record for this removal.
2. If this vote is unanimous, then the three Top Branch Members of every Intrinsic and Lateral branch will vote next. Each branch's aggregate vote contributes one vote to the final tally.
3. A simple majority of all branch votes in affirmative results in the removal of the Executive Group member. A tie does not count, and with a failed vote there cannot be another vote on this action unless there is a substantive change in condition, which the Justice Branch will be charged with determining.

Should an executive group member be suspected of negligence, criminal activity, abusing of position, etc., the following is the process for removal:

1. The four other members must vote, with a majority vote resulting in a referral to the Justice Branch. The Justice Branch may also initiate a vote on their own without a referral by the Executive Group.
2. A simple majority vote from the Justice Branch results in the removal of the Executive Member.
3. If the result of the Justice Branch is a tie, then the voting population will decide the issue by majority popular vote.
