Typical Duties

Top Branch Officials are required to participate in all decision votes. With every vote cast there is an obligation to include the basis for the decision, along with all the supporting notes and research. All this information is recorded to ensure due diligence, analysis

Temporarily Unavailable

Should any Top Branch Official not be available for a vote due to a temporary situation, then the vote should be held until that official becomes available.

One Permanent Unavailable

If one official is unavailable due to death or any other valid and long-term/permanent reason, and following the procedures outlined above, then the Alternate shall fill the seat, assume the term but become the junior member. They may then vote as a Top Branch Official.

More than One Official Permanently Unavailable

If more than one Top Branch Official is unavailable due to death or any other valid and long-term/permanent reasons, and when the Alternate has already filled a seat or is otherwise unavailable, then there shall be no decision votes prior to a new Branch vote to fill the open Top Branch Official seat(s) and the position of Alternate using Year 0 rules.
