''Executive Group'' members are required to finish their terms if mentally and physically possible, as any candidate will know. But should someone die, become mentally incapacitated, or for any other valid reason vacate their seat through one of the available ''Removal Paths'', there is a procedure in place to refill that seat.
Should a potential vacancy become a question of mental or physical ability, then the following process is used to remove that member:


At the conclusion of the most recent ''General Election'', the runner up will become the ''Alternate'' to the ''Executive Group''. This person will be available for all meetings, votes, and interactions of the five ''Executive Group'' members so this ''Alternate'' is, at all times, current on all aspects of the nation.
# The remaining four Executive Group Members must be in agreement and vote on the record for this removal.
# If this vote is unanimous, then the three Top Branch Members of every Intrinsic and Lateral branch will vote next. Each branch's aggregate vote contributes one vote to the final tally.
# A simple majority of all branch votes in affirmative results in the removal of the Executive Group member. A tie does not count, and with a failed vote there cannot be another vote on this action unless there is a substantive change in condition, which the Justice Branch will be charged with determining.


They will also become familiar with the ''Special Projects'' of every current ''Executive Group'' member and may even help them, and in this way be able to step in should an ''Executive Member'' vacate their seat.
Should an executive group member be suspected of negligence, criminal activity, abusing of position, etc., the following is the process for removal:


This ''Alternate'' may work on abbreviated versions of their own ''Special Projects'' so long as they are completed within the five years before the next ''General Election'', should they not be needed to fulfill the role of ''Executive Group'' member. At no time as ''Alternate'' should they ever do any work specifically reserved for the ''Executive Group''.
# The four other members must vote, with a majority vote resulting in a referral to the Justice Branch. The Justice Branch may also initiate a vote on their own without a referral by the Executive Group.
 
# A simple majority vote from the Justice Branch results in the removal of the Executive Member.
If the A''lternate'' is needed to fulfill the role of an ''Executive Group'' member, they will take over the existing executive’s term and ''Special Projects'', but will be considered the junior member of the group. The ''Special Projects'' of the Alternate will be secondary to the ''Special Projects'' of the executive role they are fulfilling.
# If the result of the Justice Branch is a tie, then the voting population will decide the issue by majority popular vote.
 
At the point that the ''Alternate'' fills a seat in the ''Executive Group'', the next runner up from the last ''General Election'' will immediately step into the role of ''Alternate''. Should more than one seat be vacated due to ''Citizen'' impeachment, then this same process will be used to fill all open seats, with each new runner up filling the next seat of most seniority according to election placement, and where those new members will take on the terms and seniority of the seat they are filling. When filling multiple seats in this way, these runner up candidates will abandon the ''Special Projects'' they ran on and instead complete the ''Special Projects'' already started by the seat they are filling.
