Intrinsic Branch: Accounting

The Accounting Branch handles everything to do with money within the nation, including tax collection, paying all government employees, minting obligations, balancing funding responsibilities among the other branches, managing national monetary policy, etc, and would be similar to the Treasury Department in the USA. The primary responsibilities of this branch are to keep the nation solvent, minimize debt and inflation, maintain prosperity, and all while bringing transparency and financial accountability on behalf of the entire government to the citizens.

There would be numerous departments under this branch, similar to IRS, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, US Mint, and Federal Reserve, etc. While most of these departments would be directly managed by the Top Branch Officials of the Accounting Branch, the department equivalent to the Federal Reserve could be operated independently if further separation from political whims is desired.
