Justice | The Judiciary Branch operates completely independent of the Executive Group, answering only to the foundational laws and rules of the Liminal State, and makes decisions on the lawfulness of any rules and decisions of the Executive Group or branches prior to them being voted on and potentially going into effect. They do this at all levels of the Liminal State, and they provide advice at every step of the decision making process and a prior to any final decision to prevent unlawful implementation, so there is no question about the validity of a decision or process taking effect. | ||
