	Justice		The Judiciary Branch operates completely independent of the Executive Group, answering only to the foundational laws and rules of the Liminal State, and makes decisions on the lawfulness of any rules and decisions of the Executive Group or branches prior to them being voted on and potentially going into effect. They do this at all levels of the Liminal State, and they provide advice at every step of the decision making process and a prior to any final decision to prevent unlawful implementation, so there is no question about the validity of a decision or process taking effect.

			This is the inverse of the United States, where laws are fought over after voting and implementation, where whimsical courts and partisan judges may have different perspectives and agendas that affect these laws.

			While many of the important decisions facing a typical branch are decided by the three Top Branch Officials or in concert with Branch Delegates when regarding Lateral Branches, the Justice Branch operates very different. When a review of the lawfulness of a decision or the question to remove an official from their position, or the review of potential laws, regulations, or decisions, the vote is not limited to the Top Branch Officials. In these cases all eligible voting personnel with 5 years or more with the Justice Branch vote. In this way there is a large pool of qualified voters, crossing generational divides and political perspectives.

			While the Justice Branch is responsible for investigating all government abuses, The Top Branch Officials of the Justice Branch have the right to assign these cases to independent departments. In the case of any issues within the Justice Branch, they are obligated to appoint independent outside council to investigate them.
