	Eligible candidates for the executive role are sourced exclusively from the ''Intrinsic'' and ''Lateral'' ''Branches''. Each ''Branch'' may provide one candidate, and that candidate must be an ''Eligible Voter'' who has passed the ''Empathy Test,'' have a minimum of 15 years experience within their ''Branch'', and be a minimum of 33 years old and 49 or younger, all at the time of the election. 	Finally, the winning candidates from each ''Branch'' provide to the official channels all the details about their ''Special Projects'', experience, and anything else about them that makes them a compelling candidate. An ''Informed Vote Archive'' is created as a depository for all this information and made available for consumption by all ''Eligible Voters'' and the media.
