If more than one ''Top Branch Official'' is removed from their seat, then the ''Alternate'' will assume the highest available seniority seat and the remaining seat(s) will be filled using a new ''Branch Election'' within that ''Branch'' using the ''Year 0 Rules'', including the selection of a new ''Alternate''. Such a vote does not change the normal voting cycle, rather those filling the empty seats will serve abbreviated first terms.
